I think all of us know the frustration of fighting against a bad habit that we just can’t seem to break. We do well for a while and then get frustrated and discouraged when we let the habit win again. Whether its swearing, gambling, overeating or cigarettes, it’s not easy to break a bad habit. This week at Copper Hill United Methodist Church, my message will be titled, “How to Overcome a Bad Habit.” It’s the third message in the October series, “How to Overcome.” — Pastor Kelvin
